gws88 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account at its sole discretion, including where false information has been provided, where eligibility criteria are not met, or where gws88 identifies indicators of fraudulent activity.
gws88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) exclusively through the following approved payment channels:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The maximum single deposit is subject to the limits applicable to your VIP tier and the payment method used. gws88 does not impose a platform-level processing fee on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which gws88 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account holder name used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with gws88's anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

gws88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you in your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gws88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.
gws88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, gws88 may withhold Account balances pending investigation. Balances found to be derived from legitimate, non-fraudulent activity will be returned to the User's verified payment method following satisfactory completion of any required review. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from bonus play during a breach period are not eligible for withdrawal.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team. A voluntary closure request will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the User's nominated payment method after deduction of any applicable outstanding balances.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gws88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall first be referred to gws88's customer support team for informal resolution.
Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted to gws88, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.
Nothing in this clause prevents gws88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
gws88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gws88 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered Account address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the gws88 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
The version number and last-updated date displayed at the top of this document indicate the current version. All prior versions of these Terms are superseded by the current version.
